Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at rhino@rhinodesign.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
